9/15 Ft Thomas KY show

Postby Tom » Fri May 11, 2007 7:13 am

Hi gang,

The link that has been posted on the tour page for the PPL/Poco Merchants and Music festival in Ft. Thomas KY on 9/15/07 is incorrect. It will be corrected shortly.

The correct link is www.ftthomas.org.

This should be a really cool event, especially considering the location. We all know it's the old stomping grounds of guys named Reilly, Connor and Hinds prior to their PPL days. In particular, Mike Reilly went to HS there. I'm told the school closed right after he graduated, but please don't draw any conclusions from that. There are a ton of prairiedogs in the area , as FT Thomas is also where the tribute show for Mike Connor was held.

I'm sure many of you are looking forward to this one !

Have a good one,
Tom

Great news! Beats driving 5 hrs to Nashville - although that show was a winner! Am looking forward to the hometown boys returning. Open house in Moscow Ohio if anyone's interested!

Any chance that George might stop in for a visit to play some, like Chillicothe?

Hi Mike and Rip,

I haven't heard anything about George going but you never know, it sure would be a nice surprise. I know quite a few people who grew up in the area and have since relocated are planning to go, it sounds like a great day.

All the best,
Tom

Great news for us chili slingers, Tom, and a perfect way to end the summer! I have a bunch of compadres still kicking themselves over missing the Chillicothe show - no excuses this time.
