Congratulations Curtis Wright !

Curtis Wright, as we know, is one of the most respected guys in Nashville. A country band named Carolina Rain recorded one of his songs and as of now the song is #33 on the Bilboard Country Singles Chart !

Curtis is a great guy, very humble, so I thought you'd be happy to hear the good news.Good luck Curtis, once again a great job, and fans, keep that sucker going up!

All the best,
Tom

Besure to check out the video on "Get Outta My Way"
They have it on Great American Country (gac) & i think CMT is gonna start playing it also.
It's #32 today.
If you have not yet heard it call your favorite station and request it.

Hi LJDJ,

Thanks for the additional info. It probably would have been nice if I had mentioned the name of the song, right !

Here's a link where you can check it out:

Coincidently, I'm in Nashville at this very moment! Like most visitors and tourists, the very first thing that I did was to seek out Curtis' truck (as pictured above) which has become Nashville's top attraction. But the line was far too long, and getting tickets to see it is next to impossible.

While here, I've had some fun playing the open mics for songwriters. I tried to impress them by claiming to be Mike Reilly, but they didn't buy that for a minute, saying that I was far too short and ugly to be Mike Reilly. I then tried to tell them that I was Craig, Curtis, Rick, Fats... But nope. Still too ugly! Oh well...

Seriously, I really am hanging out in Nashville, and if you haven't been here before, you really should come. It's a great town, filled with tons of talented (and friendly) people.
